About Us

Helping Hearts Survive Inc, is a not-for-profit charity business in Dural NSW.

We started with a passion for supporting and nurturing those in need.

Whether it be aged care, mental health sufferers, struggling families or Domestic Violent Victims.

We are a small team and local group of volunteers that have come together with the same goal.

This goal is to make any difference that we can by changing lives and offering support to individuals, and families going through emotional challenges.

Our Milestones

Sept 2024

We were given the opportunity to take over the Hills Community Op Shop in Dural, bringing our services under one roof and expanding our capacity to support the community.

Jul 2025

We began seeing a significant rise in families living in their cars, including children. In response, we increased our fundraising efforts to provide emergency shelter and short-term accommodation assistance.

Dec 2024

We expanded our focus to include domestic violence shelters and women in crisis, ensuring they received the same level of care and practical support as families and individuals doing it tough.

Jan 2026+

Our focus has shifted toward long-term housing solutions. We are actively fundraising to provide safe housing through tiny homes—either on our own property or by sourcing suitable land—so we can offer stability and security to those most in need.

Feb 2025

By 2025, we were supporting three domestic violence shelters and preparing up to 35 food hampers each week for struggling working families.
