I absolutely love and adore this op shop! Every visit feels like a little treasure hunt the shelves are always full of unique finds, beautiful pieces, and real bargains. The store has such a warm, welcoming vibe, and you can tell the team put so much care into keeping everything neat and inviting. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s more than just shopping here it feels like supporting a community and being part of something special. This has hands down become my favourite op shop, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for quality finds, great prices, and lovely people, this is the place to go!

This is a place that is built and run with so, so much love - love for the community, for those affected by domestic violence, for people who come and visit for a few minutes - and you can feel it from the minute you park your car. It’s so much more than an op shop, it’s a community centre: when I first got there I was greeted with big smiles and helpful staff, locals recognised by name, kids in the children’s section playing with toys and giggling with the staff. Diana’s love and passion for helping and supporting the local community is refreshing and warm. This isn’t a Vinnie’s, this isn’t a Salvos - Diana deeply understands the struggle to find beautiful, fashionable clothes and homewares at an incredibly affordable price. She stayed 30 minutes after closing time and worked with me to give me special prices here and there, understanding I’m in a tough place financially and treating me with compassion and care, as if she’d been a dear friend for years. Her initiatives are inspiring. By supplying food boxes and arranging for a place to sleep and a hot shower, she’s changing the lives of people in need. By donating or visiting Helping Hearts Survive, you immediately feel a sense of closeness to the people Diana helps support.

Diana and team are providing a wonderful service to the disadvantaged in the community. They also run a delightful op shop with cute nooks and crannies. I highly recommend a visit

I recently found out about Helping Hearts and I am so thankful that I did. They have helped me and my family immensely. The hampers are absolutely amazing and I am able to provide my family with healthy and nourishing dinners that I used to struggle with in the past. The ladies working there are so lovely and I always look forward to seeing them. I am so glad that you guys exist. The shop is so well looked after and clean. I really don't have words to explain their amazing work. ❤️ Highly recommended if you need clothes or hampers or even just someone to chat with. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Absolutely amazing, friendly, supportive and kind people! Huge range of things to offer people in need from kids toys, clothes, adult clothes, food and more! They helped us in time of need, as well as SO many other! Such an amazing organisation!

Love this Op shop, previously was the Hills Community Op. Now renamed as Helping Hearts Survive, Owned and operated by local's raising funds for domestic violence and people in need. A friendly helpful place to find treasures and bargains. Airconditioned for comfort, a place to sit and chat. Clothing, books, cd's, DVD's, kitchen ware and so much more. Helping Hearts Survive is well worth a drive if you love Op Shopping. See you soon in Dural opposite IGA.
